We are a quality, independent firm specialising in Residential & Holiday Lettings and Property Management. We operate throughout Derbyshire and selected cities and towns in Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

As specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages. We pride ourselves in offering a personal and friendly service, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism. Our fees are competitive and flexible dependent upon the level of serice required.

In 2005 we qualified as a NALS accredited agent. The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) is an accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants in knowing that they are dealing with a firm which meets defined standards of customer service, together with having in place the necessary insurances to protect clients' money plus a customer complaints procedure offering independent redress.
